Introducing The SideKick, an accessory container that brings cool storage, dry storage and a prep room to your growing operation. The 320-square-foot container is climate controlled, allowing users to store temperature-sensitive inputs, like grain spawn for mushrooms. The dry storage area gives farmers a place to put barley seed for fodder, plant seeds and nutrients, packaging materials, as well as hardwood pellets and soy bean hulls (for Gourmet Mushroom Farm substrate). The walk-in cooler enables farmers to store harvested veggies or mushrooms until they’re ready for delivery.
